• DSers: order management platform that facilitates fulfilment with suppliers

4. Cross-Border Data Transfers

To fulfil your order, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside your country of residence, including:

• Mainland China — via fulfilment partners and suppliers (for order processing and shipping)
• United States — via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (only with consent)
• Hong Kong & Singapore — for business operations

We require our partners to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, but we cannot guarantee that the data protection standards in all recipient countries are equivalent to those in your country of residence.

5. Cookies & Consent

We use a consent banner on first visit. Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) are only activated after you grant consent. Essential cookies (cart, session, currency) are always active as they are necessary for the store to function.

Complex requests may require an extension of up to 60 days, in which case we will notify you within the initial 30-day period.

We retain order data for 7 years after your last purchase (or such longer period as required by applicable tax, accounting, or legal obligations), then delete it.

Our store is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
