Returns & Refunds Policy

Every ikigaino. order is backed by our own quality guarantee — including a 14-day no-questions return window and up to 2 years of coverage for manufacturing defects. Our guarantee applies to every product we sell, regardless of the original brand's warranty terms.

1. 14-Day Returns

You may return any unused item in original condition (with tags, accessories, and packaging) within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason.

• We aim to respond within 2 business days.
• Return shipping cost is at the buyer's expense (for non-defective returns).

2. Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
2. We aim to acknowledge your claim within 2 business days.
3. We aim to resolve most claims within 7–14 business days, depending on the nature of the defect and supplier investigation requirements. Complex cases may take longer — we will keep you informed.
4. We will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement (subject to availability), or refund, at our reasonable discretion having regard to the nature and severity of the defect. Where applicable law grants you the right to choose a specific remedy, that right is preserved.
5. Return shipping for confirmed defects is covered by us via our designated shipping method. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse standard shipping costs.

3. Quality Guarantee

All other markets	6 months from delivery

For EU/EEA orders: within the first year, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (per Directive 2019/771). For Singapore: within the first 6 months (Lemon Law). For all other markets: within the applicable guarantee period, and to the extent required by your local law, defects reported may be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and request evidence of the defect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Underwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
• Perishable food items
• Digital goods and virtual items

Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Actual timing depends on your payment provider.

6. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, please contact us again so we can review your case — most issues can be resolved quickly. You also retain any rights available to you under applicable law.
