ikigaino. is an independent lifestyle store and curated sourcing service. We hand-pick genuine products from trusted retail partners worldwide and deliver them directly to you — giving you access to brands and items that may not be available through local retailers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy.

3. Products & Pricing

• Product images may differ slightly from the actual item due to lighting and screen differences.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices or cancel orders if a supplier is unable to fulfil.
• If we cancel your order, we will refund all amounts paid for that order within 14 business days, subject to payment processor timelines. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any order cancellation by us.

4. Orders & Cancellation

• You may request cancellation before the item has been dispatched. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted to our fulfilment partners for processing.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item under our Returns Policy.
• EU/EEA customers: you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Taiwan customers: 依消費者保護法第19條，您享有7日無條件解約權。

5. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of their respective owners. ikigaino. is not affiliated with or sponsored by any brand. If you believe content on this site infringes your IP rights, contact us at kamchanha@gmail.com — we aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

6. Prohibited Conduct

We reserve the right to decline future orders from customers where we have evidence of fraudulent activity (e.g. use of stolen payment credentials, or systematic abuse of the returns process).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) our total aggregate liability arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order; (b) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; (c) this limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Products are sold for intended consumer use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, supplier disruptions, government actions, carrier failures). If we cannot fulfil your order due to a force majeure event, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit, reschedule delivery, or provide a refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled order. We shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages arising from force majeure delays or non-performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

• EU/EEA consumers may bring claims in their local courts.
• Singapore consumers may use the Small Claims Tribunal.
• Taiwan consumers may use the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kamchana Limited. No prior representations, warranties, or promises (whether oral, written, or implied) form part of these Terms unless expressly incorporated herein.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kamchana Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products purchased from us, or any third-party claims relating to your use of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
