If you have concerns about an item's authenticity, contact us with details and we will investigate promptly. If we cannot verify authenticity to your reasonable satisfaction, we will offer a full refund upon return of the item.

Every product we sell is covered by the ikigaino. quality guarantee from the moment it arrives at your door:

  • 14-day no-questions return on all orders
  • 2-year quality guarantee for EU/EEA orders
  • 6-month quality guarantee for all other markets

Because we source independently from brands, original manufacturer warranty programmes will not apply. Manufacturers typically restrict warranty coverage to products purchased from their authorised dealer network. Our own guarantee covers you directly — no need to contact the manufacturer.

Independent Sourcing & Parallel Import

ikigaino. is an independent lifestyle retailer. We are not an authorised dealer, distributor, or affiliate of any brand we carry. All products are sourced through legitimate parallel import channels (also known as "grey market" sourcing). This is entirely legal under international exhaustion-of-rights principles.

Products are genuine but may differ from local authorised stock in packaging language, included accessories, or regional SKU configuration.

ikigaino. Warranty (Replaces Manufacturer)

Because we are not an authorised retailer, manufacturer warranties typically do not apply to products purchased from us. Instead, ikigaino. provides its own warranty: 2 years for EU customers, 1 year for all other markets. This covers manufacturing defects and conformity issues, with the same or better coverage as typical manufacturer warranties.
